These are interesting questions.
From your perspective, what issues or effects (i.e., environmental, political, economic, cultural, social) do you feel are the most important? Why?
This question may be a little long–it would be difficult for someone to remember all of the choices–perhaps you could ask a comparison of just two? Do you think people on the street will have enough knowledge to answer this question–or do you think you’ll have to do a little background information. Perhaps even asking if the person was aware that there could be political or economic consequences to climate change. I think most people know that there are environmental ones.
Do you think you’ll film people taking the carbon quiz? Did you take it? I think I’ll be sad about my footprint.

I really like these questions. I like how you ask whether someone has personally made changes to their home to combat GW. I have a feeling most people will say no. I assume these questions are designed for people on the street?
I, too, fear taking the carboncounter quiz.

These are good questions. It looks like you put a lot of thought into what you wanted to ask. The questions are specific and are interesting information for the interview.
